5 THINGS TO DO FOR BOOSTING SELF CONFEDENCE FOR ATTENDING SSB



As the days near by candidates feel nervous. Though many take coaching they finally fail to clear even first round. That’s because the level of preparedness with each individual. Here are some steps to boost your self-confidence and stay cool during SSB selection.

STEP 1
                Wake up early in morning by 4.00 AM  to make your body clock ready to the SSB timing. The reporting timing for the students id by 6.00 in morning. So it obvious that you should get up early and get ready.

STEP 2
                Read newspaper daily and take notes. In interviews there are direct question on national and International events. So make it a habit. Every SSB centre has a reading room where you can go and brush up with some current events and stay relaxed.

STEP 3
Stay fit by going for a job daily. Don’t stress yourself by over working out. Some candidate have tendency to sweat it out in gym or run vigorously which may lead to injury. So just keep yourself fit by jogging and other mild exercise.

STEP 4
Always wear neat and clean formal cloths in SSB for Which you need to practice at home. Nowadays only during interview candidates try out with formals dress. That makes them uncomfortable and may lead to bad performance. Always have a habit of polishing your shoes the night before. Then check if the clothes are well pressed. Be smart during SSB.

STEP 5
Try to relax by indulging in some extra activities like playing sport or reading books or hanging out in city. So that you may take your stress away. This also adds value to you. In conference the candidates are asked about the things they have done during their leisure time. So try indulging in many acticities.
